We offer a 30-day refund window on all paid listing plans. If you’re not satisfied for any reason—or simply change your mind—you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds apply only to the following:
Claimed Listings
New Listing Submissions (paid plans)
Note: Featured placements, advertising services, or promotional upgrades are non-refundable.
Automatic Refunds for Non-Approved Listings
If your listing is not approved after submission or claim, you will receive an automatic full refund—no action required.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund within 30 days:

Include the following details:
Your contact email
The tool name associated with the listing
Your order or transaction number (PayPal)
We typically process approved refunds within 3–5 business days.
Plan Upgrades
If you decide to upgrade your plan within the first 30 days:
Purchase the new plan separately
We will fully refund the previous plan
Just contact us after upgrading with your original order details.
Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through PayPal. Refunds will be issued back to your original PayPal account.
