Users may submit or claim listings through our platform. All submissions are reviewed and validated before publication. Proclaim reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant Proclaim a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute the content on our platforms. We periodically audit modified listings and may remove content deemed misleading, inaccurate, or non-compliant.
3. Paid Services
Access to the platform is free for all visitors. However, claiming a listing or submitting a new tool requires payment. Paid tools receive enhanced visibility, improved search rankings, and access to premium listing features. Additional featured placements may be available for purchase.
All payments are processed via Forminator and PayPal. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms of those third-party services.
4. Accuracy and Evaluation of Listings
We strive to ensure that listings on Proclaim are valid, accurate, and actively maintained. However, due to the volume of submissions, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating the relevance, functionality, and suitability of any tool listed on the platform. Proclaim does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any product or service featured on this site.
5. External Links and Third-Party Tools
